Position Summary:
Seeking passionate interns who want to make a real impact on the environment while gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit work! Join our team and support beach cleanups, education programs, and consumer diversion initiatives. You'll learn about nonprofit management, track the impact of our efforts, and collaborate on real solutions to plastic pollution and commercial fishing. Whether you can commit a few hours a week or more, this internship is flexible and designed to provide valuable skills and meaningful experiences in environmental advocacy!

-Must be 18 years or older
-Fluent in English
-Access to reliable transportation, cell phone, internet, and computer
-Ability to lift and move at least 30 pounds
-Ability to work in rigorous terrain and unpredictable conditions including rocky coastlines and cliffsides
-Approximately 9-12 hours per week (flexible schedule)
-Three month duration (may be considered for extended duration if interested)
-Unpaid (may be considered for a staff position for the most fitting candidates)
-Passionate about environmental preservation
-Willingness to learn, explore new ideas, and receive feedback
-Interested in learning about plastic pollution, commercial fishing, and oceanic conservation
-Hawaii resident
-Ability to swim and snorkel
